In order to build your own business, you can sponsor other distributors. This means that you help them buy a membership or a Business Kit, and they can then order product at wholesale and/or start a business at home.

By sponsoring 2 individuals who want to build this business with you, and then helping them build an amazing business, you will be greatly compensated. You can sponsor an unlimited amount of people; it's up to you to decide how many people you can effectively support in your team.

When you sponsor someone it's important to mentor and stick with that person until they are well on their way. You need to help them get set up properly and assist them in defining their goals, their dreams and how much time they wish to devote to the business. The Compensation Plan

They have created a simple and balanced compensation plan that combines the two most powerful pay structures known in the Direct Sales Industry - the Dual Team Structure, which rewards every stage of your business development, and the Unilevel Plan which nurtures and rewards leadership and team building.

Recognizing their Distributors as an equal partner in the business, they actually give you seven different ways to make money:

  1. Retail Profit. You choose your mark-up and keep the difference between the wholesale price and the selling price. If you sell at the recommended retail price, this is 50%.
  2. Fast Track Bonus. Every time you help one of your personally enrolled distributors sell a Builder Business Pack, you will earn a bonus of $20-$150.

  4. Unilevel Bonus. Based on orders generated in your organization, down to nine levels deep.
  5. Unilevel Matching Bonus. A matching bonus of up to 20% of the unilevel bonuses earned by your personally sponsored distributors, and up to 10% on up to three additional levels.
